Will be charged 4 hours for each employee sent home McKenna Brewer mckenna@acrobatoutsourcing.com Mar 20, 2019, 6:58 AM (1 day ago) to Brenda, Roxana, Maria, San Good morning Team, I just received a call from one of our employees (Barbara Scott) stating, Marisela (sp?) has cancelled all of Acrobat staff for the morning shift. I was told the reason for cancellation was due to never receiving a time slip as we;l as another agency has already filled all the morning shifts. Barbara was told Acrobat would no longer be needed for today, Per Brenda's email yesterday we were told the AM shifts were still on, but PM shifts were cancelled. I completely understand if you were over staffed, but unfortunately we will still be charging a 24 hour cancellation fee due to our employees showing up ready to work. Also, we did in fact send over a time sheet to both of these emails: rvalencia@sanjose.org, bdelacruz@sanjose.org on Monday, March 18th. Please let me know if you have any questions or concerns.
