Good morning,

 

As I was approving timecards this morning I noticed that 9/12 for Willie wasn’t part of his electronic timesheet. He was here for his full shift with a 30 minute lunch break.

 

Also on 9/12 Loria only took a 15 minutes lunch break which is not ok. I did put it in for her but please talk to her and verify. I shouldn’t be hit with the overtime.

 

I am sure no one said don’t take your full 30 minute lunch break or it could be an error.

 

Please get back with me once you confirm with the employee.
